Hacienda Ras El Hekma is being developed through a collaboration between Palm Hills Developments and Miran Hills, combining Palm Hills’ established presence in the Egyptian real estate market with Miran Hills’ international luxury-development perspective.

Headquartered in the UAE, Miran Hills focuses on large-scale luxury real estate projects and brings an approach centered on contemporary design, ambitious development concepts, and international standards.

Parks & Landscape

With only 14% of the land allocated to the building footprint, the majority of the destination is dedicated to landscaped areas and water features. Inspired by the Mediterranean landscape and its natural surroundings, the design integrates greenery around residential areas and along the coastline, making outdoor spaces an essential part of the overall Hacienda Ras El Hekma experience.
